Cara Genzer and Shannon Rediehs started Le Frou-Frou as a home based business, making custom belt buckles and jewelry out of their basement. After many successful trunk shows, they saw the need to expand to fun tees, and accessories and before they knew it they were looking for a store front in downtown Naperville.
